Exclusive use for larger groups
Achaban House is ideal for exclusive-use gatherings of up to 14 guests, whether a family on holiday, a group of friends on an outdoor adventure or a study group on field work. Your booking can start on any day of the week for as many nights as you want. From August 2020 to March 2021 the minimum stay is 3 nights. The spacious sitting and dining rooms, guest kitchen and informal atmosphere in Achaban House suits families and groups of friends. We regret we are unable to take pets apart from guide dogs.
Exclusive-use stays of 5 nights or longer include a £60 discount per night at any time of year.
High season (May - August ): The rate is £399 per night and £2373 per week
Mid season (April, September & the festive season): The rate is £349 per night and £2023 per week
Low season (October - March): The rate is £299 per night and £1373 per week

Exclusive-use self-catering accommodation is very suitable for group activities, a social gathering or to celebrate one of life’s milestones, from a special birthday to a wedding anniversary. Booking Achaban House for exclusive-use is available starting any day of the week. If you require accommodation for up to 22 guests we can combine a booking with the Ross of Mull Bunkrooms next door, which sleeps 8 guests, assuming availability. We regret we are unable to take pets in the House or grounds, apart from guide dogs.
Self-catering accommodation for outdoor activities
Achaban House is the perfect gathering place for a group with an interest in outdoor activities, There is a cycle shed and plenty of space for car parking and storing outdoor equipment. The large, well-equipped guest kitchen is convenient for self-catering, the drying room is ideal for wet kit, and the dining and sitting rooms are great spaces for socialising at all times of the year with cosy wood burning stoves.
